- Questions you type – sent to our AI backend to generate a response
- Feedback you submit – via the optional feedback form (powered by Formspree)
- Usage data – standard web analytics such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location (via Netlify Analytics, if enabled)
- No account or login – we do not require registration; no name, email, or phone number is collected automatically

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

- Supabase – our backend infrastructure (processes your questions to call the AI)
- Groq / Meta Llama – the AI model that generates answers to your questions
- Netlify – website hosting and DNS
- Formspree – processes feedback form submissions

5. Cookies
Pocket CA uses only essential browser storage (localStorage) to remember your chat theme preference (light/dark mode). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Data Retention
Your questions are processed in real-time to generate AI responses. We do not maintain a permanent database of your conversations. Feedback form submissions may be retained by Formspree as per their policy.
7. Your Rights
Since we do not store personal data about you, there is little personal data to access or delete. However, you may:
